Adrianna came to YPL from the State of Michigan’s Bureau of Labor Market Information and Strategic Initiatives. In her previous role as a data analyst, her primary focus was leveraging data to improve employment outcomes for Michigan’s most vulnerable populations. Adrianna graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Data Science at the University of Michigan. She is committed to serving minority communities by advocating for equitable solutions through the process of evidence-based decision making. In addition, she recently became the proud dog mom of an adorable French bulldog puppy.

Adrianna was embedded in the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, where she worked with the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) on strategic projects to improve the quality of and expand access to maternal-infant home visiting services in Michigan.
