Zoe Raybould

Zoe Raybould is a senior studying Public Policy at the University of Michigan. Her experience spans state, local, and federal government, research on homelessness in Detroit, and environmental policy advocacy and strategy. She is excited to contribute to the National and Michigan School Cellphone Policy Studies at the Youth Policy Lab while exploring gaps in program implementation and deepening her understanding of how technology use shapes children's learning and well-being. Zoe loves art, and the outdoors, and enjoys finding local food spots in new cities!
