
Dimitri Przeslawski
Dimitri joined the Youth Policy Lab as a Data Policy Fellow in July 2024. He is embedded in the Office of Sixty by 30 (60x30) located within the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP), focused on advancing post-secondary educational outcomes and labor market outcomes for adult learners. This is a new position for our Michigan Data & Policy Fellowship program, supported by the Ralph C. Wilson Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, and the Ballmer Group.
Originally from Farmington Hills, Michigan, Dimitri graduated from the University of Michigan School of Education and spent 3 years working as a middle school social studies teacher in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Afterwards, he continued his studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where he earned a Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis. Dimitri is passionate about using data to help make practical, systems level change in the field of education. Outside of work, Dimitri is an avid UMich and Detroit sports fan, enjoys running and exploring new areas, and relaxing with his two cats.
