Sarah Ostyn
Sarah Ostyn is a Research Associate at the Youth Policy Lab. In this role, Sarah supports research and data analysis projects focused on improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Sarah previously served as an inaugural Data & Policy Fellow at the Youth Policy Lab, where she supported evaluation and systems improvement for the Maternal Infant Health Program. She also brings a background in direct services, providing Head Start services for children and families in Missouri, Michigan, and Washington, DC.
Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. She brings a strong focus on applied research, data translation, and equity-centered policy analysis to her work.
