Dave Kobel

Dave Kobel, MPH, is a Doctoral Student in the University of Michigan's Combined Program in Education and Psychology. Dave's research revolves around school health, school safety, positive youth development, and public health approaches to child and adolescent development. As a former teacher and coach, Dave brings a holistic, multifaceted approach to research to ensure that students can develop into healthy, happy, and productive citizens. He earned an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education and an MA in Educational Leadership & Policy from the University of Michigan and holds teacher and administrator certifications in Michigan.
